info-log.json logs the wrong OS version when using a macOS device
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click on the profile image
3. Navigate to Help and Support -> Logs and open the info-log.json file
4. In the info-log.json file, search for the latest "Operating system" log
5. Observe the logged OS version
Actual result: Tahoe (25.5.0) is logged when the actual used version is Tahoe (26.5.2)
Expected result: The correct OS version is logged
Reproducible with: 3.19.5
Reproducible on: macOS (M4) (26.5.2)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
