Unity quits unexpectedly after selecting Start (Editor Mode) in Standalone App menu
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project
- Go to the "Standalone App" menu item
- Select "Start (Editor Mode)"
- Observe the result
Actual results: Unity quit unexpectedly. Bug Reporter opens
Expected results: Unity should not quit
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a5
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a4
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.2, Windows 11
