Unity 2022.2 cannot install Mars 1.5.0.
Synopsis
Using Unity 2022.2 I tried to install Mars 1.5.0 by importing the latest version of the installer package as described below. Console errors occurred and I am unable to invoke Mars windows.
How to See the Bug
Purge your package cache.
Use Unity Hub to make a new 3D project using Unity 2022.2.0b12 or 2022.2.0b14.
Assets > Import Package > Custom Package > MARS_Installer.unitypackage.
Console shows one error regarding non-existent type, followed by 43 errors concerning protection level; see errors below.
Package Manager shows Unity MARS 1.5.0 has been installed, along with AR Foundation 5.0.2.
However, there is no MARS sub-menu under Window. Nor is Window > Content Manager visible.

Resolution Note:
This is fixed by Runtime Scene Serialization 1.0.0-exp.3 which is expected to be available soon. This package version is a dependency of AR Companion Core 3.0.0-exp.3, which will also release soon.
After these updates to these two packages are released, they will be included by the Mars installer, eliminating this bug. The package manifest entries for these package versions are:
"com.unity.ar-companion-core": "3.0.0-exp.3",
"com.unity.runtime-scene-serialization": "1.0.0-exp.3",
