[Unet] non-zero netId error after certain lobby example use-case scenario
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run this project
3. Play in editor
4. Press "play and host" in editor and then press "back"
5. Press "play and host" in build
6. Press "join" in editor
-- Editor connect to a build
7. Press "back" in build
-- Editor disconnects too
8. Press "play and host" in editor
Results: non-zero netID error after a client is disconnected even though netID number is being determined by network server for each network indentity
