Undoing Timeline Animation changes does not update Inspector if Enter was not pressed after typing in the value
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open SampleScene from attached project
2. Open Timeline window and select Plane
3. Enter record mode
4. Make a change in Inspector to any Transform value, by typing it in, but don't press Enter
5. Undo
Expected result: Inspector updates value after undo
Actual result: keyframe and changes are undone, but value in the Inspector is not updated (it get's updated only after clicking somewhere else)
Reproducible: 2018.3.0a11
Before 2018.3.0a4 undoing would not update changes at all, only remove the keyframe. So impossible to check for this issue.
Note: Happens both with Timeline animations done in Timeline window and in Animation window.
