"No Overlays" tooltip is cut off, and the "Overlay" word is inconsistent in the tooltip when hovering the mouse cursor over the "No Overlays" text in the Tile Palette window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 2D template
- Open the Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
- Hover the mouse cursor over the "No Overlays" text at the bottom
- Observe the tooltip
Actual results: The tooltip is cut off in the middle of the sentence "No overlays in the current", and also the "No Overlays" text has the Overlays word capitalized, but the Overlays word in the tooltip is not capitalized
Expected results: The tooltip is not cut off and the Overlays word in the tooltip is caitalized
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.2
