The “+” and “-“ buttons in the Cells list do nothing when pressed but are not deactivated in the Tile Palette window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 2D template
- Open the Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
- Click on the "Default Brush" dropdown to open it
- Select "GameObject Brush"
- Open the "Cells" foldout
- Click the "" or "-" buttons
- Observe the Tile Palette window
Actual results: Nothing happens when "" or "-" buttons are pressed, and they are not deactivated
Expected results: The buttons should be greyed out and deactivated
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.2
