Unable to Bind Null Depth Buffer When Using MRT
Steps:
1. Open attached repro project
2. Open the scene
3. Hit play
4. observe console for errors
Expected: depth should be optional when doing Command Buffer::SetRenderTarget(RenderTargetIdentifier[] colors, RenderTargetIdentifier depth)

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
Resolving this as by design. The API here can't support the proposed use case and we are reluctant at adding new APIs (which is more of a feature request) now that we have the render pass API
