AI Gateway responses contain duplicated sentences
Description
When using Claude Code via AI Gateway, some responses contain duplicated sentences at the start of paragraphs.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use Claude Code through AI Gateway.
- Request a response with multiple paragraphs.
Expected Behavior
Generated responses should contain no duplicated text.
Actual Behavior
Some paragraphs contain duplicated sentences.
