[UI Toolkit] Labels width is not extended causing additional empty lines when using specific resolutions
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "NLBug.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode, change the resolution to "16:9", "Full HD", "QHD" or "4K UHD" and observe the game view
Expected result: No empty lines after labels
Actual result: Empty lines appear after some labels
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2021.2.2f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.35f1), 1.0.0 (2021.2.1f1)
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1 (Errors after project downgrade)
Reproduced on: macOS 11.6 (Intel)
Note: With "16:10" and "WXGA" resolution it's not reproducible
