UI Image Animation flickers in a Standalone build
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the Game View
3. Exit Play Mode
4. File -> Build and Run
Expected: Animation works in a build as in the Editor
Actual: Animation flickers in the build
Reproducible with: 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a9
