[TreeCreator][TreeEditor] Tree root node's shadow caster resolution settings' UI should be removed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a tree in hierarchy
3. There will be tree root node created and it has Shadow caster resolution settings
Actual result: those settings doesn't have any effect because lower resolution texture is not used at all. Therefore UI should be removed.

- One Camera is not being rendered correctly when the Upscaling Filter is set to Automatic or Bilinear
