trackedDevice.deviceRotation.WriteValueIntoEvent isn't updating values when entering Play mode multiple times
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1385899.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. See that "z" values are constantly being outputted in the Console window
5. Exit and Enter the Play mode
6. Observe the Console window
Expected result: "z" values are constantly being outputted
Actual result: Only one "z" value is outputted
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1), 1.3.0 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1, 2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b8, 2022.2.0a5)
Note: When losing and gaining the focus of the Editor the value gets updated once
