[HDRP] Tonemapping is not applied when Dynamic Resolution is enabled
How to reproduce:
- Open the attached project “IN-132457” or create an empty HDRP project
- In HDRP asset make sure that both Color Buffer and Post-Process Buffer format are set to 16bit modes
- Toggle Dynamic Resoltion either in Camera inspector or HDRP asset
Actual result: Tonemapping is not applied and the Game View appears darker
Expected result: Tonemapping is applied and colors in the Game View do not change
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a5 (36d7e9fd6645), 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7, 6000.0.68f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Tonemapping effect is applied on the “Sky and Fog Volume” GameObject
- Issue occurs only when STP is active
- Also reproduces in the Player
