Thread-Deadlock during prepare method by JIT
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "JITCrash.zip" project
2. Build Standalone Build
3. Run "run.bat" in the Project folder 6-8 times
4. Notice that at least one CMD window stalls and doesn't update
Expected Result: No Thread-Deadlock during prepare method by JIT
Actual Result: Thread-Deadlock during prepare method by JIT
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.1.0b3, 2018.3.6f1, 2017.4.20f2

Resolution Note:
There was a deadlock between a mono runtime lock and a lock in the Sirenix plugin, with each depending on the other. I modified the code path in Sirenix to use a lock free queue rather than taking a lock.
