No
There is no BuildOptions enum for WaitForManagedDebugger option
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new script
3. Try typing "BuildOptions.WaitForManagedDebugger" (needs "using UnityEditor;")
Actual result: there is not WaitForManagedDebugger enum option
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Note: Build option "Wait for Managed Debugger" is not reachable from a script
