Texture is not applied on a Custom Render Texture when a Cubemap is selected as the texture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-132737”
2. In the Project window, select the “Assets/CRT Cubemaps/CRT Cubemap“ Custom Render Texture
3. Observe the preview in the Inspector
Actual result: Only the color is applied when the Cubemap is selected as the texture
Expected result: Both the color and the texture are applied when the Cubemap is selected as the texture
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
