[Terrain] UI slider to change value is not present for modifying Mesh resolution under settings
UI slider to change value is not present for modifying Mesh resolution under Terrain settings
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Right-click in hierarchy > Terrain
3) Terrain Settings > Mesh Resolution
4) Try to modify the fields of Mesh resolution.
Actual result: Observe that UI slider value is missing while modifying the values.
Expected result: UI slider value should be available to modify the values.
Reproducible on:
2019.1.0a6, 2018.3.0b1, 2018.3.0a11, 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.8f1, 2018.2.0a1, 2017.4.12f1.
Environment:
Windows and Mac.

Resolution Note:
These properties are using DelayedIntField, and won't change until the user has pressed enter or focus is moved away from the int field. It is setup this way since it leads to larger changes in internal data structures that would be problematic if called every frame.
