Ternary operation with implicit type conversion from byte returns incorrect value when the operation is done in WebGL build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Webglconvertion.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the result
5. Switch to the WebGL platform and press “Build And Run”
6. Observe the result
Expected result: The result in both the Play Mode and the WebGL Player is -167
Actual result: The result in Player is 89 instead
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Note: Issue is not present in standalone Player
