Surface input is not updated when changing Sprite renderer's Sprite value
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. In the Hierarchy window, select "SpriteGO"
3. In the Inspector window, change the Sprite renderer's Sprite value to "JungleAssetPack_ParallaxBackground_layer 2"
4. Observe the Surface Input's "MainTex" value
Expected outcome: MainTex is set to "JungleAssetPack_ParallaxBackground_layer 2"
Actual outcome: MainTex is set to "JungleAssetPack_ParallaxBackground_layer 5"
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a15
