Sprite does not update when using SetPropertyBlock on a SpriteRenderer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-97128” project
2. Open the “Test” Scene
3. Observe the Game view
4. Enter Play mode
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The text displays “OLD” the first time and “NEW” the second time
Actual result: The text displays “OLD” in the Game view both times
Reproducible with: 6000.0.36f1, 6000.0.42f1, 6000.1.0b3, 6000.1.0b10, 6000.2.0a1, 6000.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b2
