Spot Light becomes invisible or flickers with "Forward" Rendering Path when positioned far from origin and rotated
Reproducible with:
1. Open the attached “IN-112991.zip” project
2. Open the “Bug” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the moving Spot Light on the Cube
Expected result: The light is visible from all angles
Actual result: The light is not visible at specific angles, which produces a flickering effect
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6
Couldn’t test with: 2023.1.0a1 - 2023.2.0a22 (Various issues preventing reproduction)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (user reported), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
Notes:
- Only reproduces with “Forward” Rendering Path (on the PC_Renderer asset)
- Does not reproduce if the Cube (along with the Spot Light) are at smaller position values. But the issue starts appearing once the position value (mostly prominent with the Y axis) is at a higher number, above ~5000
- The issue is most prominent when the Spot Light is aimed so that the lit object is at the very edge of its cone, especially at grazing angles

Resolution Note (fix version 6000.5.0a3):
In this case, there was a clear fixable issue in the light culling code but in general, when dealing with objects/lights far from the origin, floating point related instabilities are bound to happen for very far objects. These issues can be mitigated by enabling Camera-relative light culling in Project Settings/Graphics/Culling Settings.
