[Shadows] Cascade matrices not setup when no opaque geo is visible; hard to make custom shadows for transparencies
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Sample Scene"
3. Run it
4. In game view, turn character around and pan camera up a little so that horizon would disappear from fov
5. Notice part of the particles be completely shadowed
