Some assets always appear as modified when checking changes after building
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "Window -> Asset Management -> Addressables -> Groups"
3. Make a new build by selecting "Build -> New Build -> Default Build Script"
4. Open "Tools -> Check for Content Update Restrictions"
Expected result: Nothing was changed so the window is empty
Actual result: The window has some elements
Reproducible with: 1.20.5 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a13)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5.1 (Intel)
Note:
Very similar to IN-17451, but reportedly has a different cause.
