[Sockets] Can't open dual (IPv6+IPv4) socket
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "scene"
3. Run it
4. Notice error:
SocketException: An unknown, invalid, or unsupported option or level was specified in a getsockopt or setsockopt call.
