[Shader]Material.SetOverrideTag() does not seem to work
Trying to set a shader tag via 'Material.SetOverrideTag()' in this case 'DisableBatching' does not seem to work.
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project 'BatchingOverride.zip'
2. Run included scene
3. Press spacebar to toggle override
Expected results: Batch count should go from ~24 > 0 and back again
Actual result: Batch count does not change, meaning the override does not work
Note:Tried a few other tags such as RenderType and Queue, neither seemed to work.
Repro'd in Unity 5.1, Unity 5.6, Unity 2017.1.0b4

This is still a problem and is rather annoying when working with uber shaders
