Shader error in 'Hidden/PostProcessing/FinalPass' when using Post Processing package, OpenGLES2 and building on Android or WebGL

Reproduction steps:
1. Open project "ShaderBuildBugTest.zip"
2. Add Post-process layer to the Main Camera in SampleScene
3. Build on Android or WebGL

Expected result: Builds successfully
Actual result: Builds successfully, but this error pops up: Shader error in 'Hidden/PostProcessing/FinalPass': Input signature parameter (1-based Entry 3) type must be a scalar uint. at line 44 (on gles)

Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a13, 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.0a12

Notes:
- Does not reproduce if OpenGLES2 is removed or the project is built on Windows Standalone

    Fixed in PostProcessing 3.1.0.
