SetLightBarColor() does not change the lightbar color when using a controller connected through bluetooth
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-90825" project
2. Connect your controller using bluetooth
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the controller lightbar color
Expected result: The controller lightbar color keeps randomly changing
Actual result: The controller lightbar color does not change
Reproducible with: 1.7.0(2021.3.47f1), 1.11.2(2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
Note: Tested on 2 DualSense controllers

Can confirm in 2022.3.52f1, macOS Sequoia 15.3.2. If I connect my DualSense controller via USB, SetLightBarColor works as expected. No luck when it is connected via Bluetooth.
