Scene view is offset to the bottom when the Draw Mode is set to Deferred
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Open the scene "test" (Assets/test.unity)
3. In the Scene view control bar, open the Draw mode menu
4. Under "Deferred", select Albedo
5. In the Inspector window, select the GameObject "Cube"
6. Inspect the Scene view
Expected result: The wireframe of "Cube" matches the mesh
Actual result: The wireframe of "Cube" is above the mesh
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.0a16
