Handles.Label does not appear in the supposed place
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Create New GameObject
3. Attach the "NewBehaviourScript" script to the GameObject
Expected result: Label appears next to GameObject
Actual result: Label appears farther away from the GameObject
Reproduced in: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15
Not Reproduced in: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a16
