This is previously reported by a user in the 2d forums:
https://forum.unity.com/threads/flip-bug-with-inverse-kinematics-limb-solver-2d.1520041/
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Install Animation Samples from 2D Animation package
2. Open up "2 Part Swap" scene under "4 Sprite Swap" directory in the samples
3. In the scene editor, drag the "arm_l_ solver_Target" IKTarget around the joint slowly
*Actual results:* At certain narrow angles, it can be observed that the entire IK Rig flips
*Expected results:* It should not flip at all angles
*Reproducible with versions:* 2D Animation 9.1.0
*Not reproducible with versions:*
*Can’t test with versions:*
