Render Graph Viewer window UI elements overlap with the toolbar when docked and resized
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Render Graph Viewer window (Window > Analysis > Render Graph Viewer)
- Dock the Render Graph Viewer window
- Resize the Render Graph Viewer window vertically to the smallest size
- Observe the Render Graph Viewer window
Actual results: UI elements overlap with the Render Graph Viewer window toolbar
Expected results: No UI elements overlap
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1
Tested on (OS): MacOS M1 Silicon Tahoe 26.0.1
