Reflective Materials appear completely Black when viewed in New Scenes
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create and open a new Scene
3. Create a reflective material(For instance maxing out the Metallic and Smoothness settings)
4. Observe the appearance of the material
Expected result: The material appears reflective in both the Scene and the Inspector preview
Actual result: The material looks completely black
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a13, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.0a12
Workaround: Generate the Scene lighting or Enable Auto Generate in Lighting settings
Notes:
1. In 2017.4 and 2018.4 new Scenes had the Auto Generate lighting setting enabled by default
2. In 2019.1/2019.2/2019.3 Auto Generate lighting is disabled by default for new Scenes which seems to cause this

Resolution Note:
The shiny metallic sphere appears black due to the lack of reflection probes in the scene. You can either place a reflection probe manually, and bake it, or set it to realtime. Alternatively, keep the scene setup as is, and simply generate the lighting in the Lighting Settings window. This will ensure that the ambient reflection probe is baked.
If you prefer to have the lighting be generated automatically as you make changes, please enable Auto Generate in the Lighting Settings window.
