References to objects are lost after deleting the Library folder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case_1319307-Demo_2)
2. Select the "TestObject" asset
3. Observe an object attached in the Prefabs list
4. Close the project
5. Delete the Library folder
6. Open project
7. Select the "TestObject" asset
Expected result: There is an object attached in the Prefabs list
Actual result: There is no object attached in the Prefabs list
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a9
Notes:
1. Closing and reopening the project again loads the data correctly
2. If you modify and save the affected asset the data will be lost permanently
