Received Mouse position is offset from cursor when using Input System
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Press the Play button and go to the Game view
4. Move the Mouse cursor in the Game view and observe the position-indicating crosshair
Expected result: the position mark lines up with the tip of the actual Mouse cursor
Actual result: the position mark is offset from the actual Mouse cursor by a few pixels to the right
Reproducible with: 1.0.2, 1.1.1 (2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13)
Could not test with: 1.0.2 (2019.4.32f1) (cannot resolve errors from Input scripts (error CS0540: 'MouseInput.IEnumerable.GetEnumerator()': containing type does not implement interface 'IEnumerable'...))
