Project building process gets stuck on "Building Player" when Scripting Backend is set as IL2CPP
Repro steps:
1. Open the attached project "1191666_Project.zip" (for 2019.2.0a1 to 2019.3.0a2) or "1191666_Project-newer.zip" (for 2019.3.0a6 to 2020.1.0a19)
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScenes
3. Go to File > Build And Run or File > Build Settings > Build
Expected results: Project is built
Actual results: Building process gets stuck on "Building Player", Unity Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.0a6, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a20
Could not test with: 2017.4, 2018.4, 2019.3.0a3 to 2019.3.0a5 due to errors
Notes:
*Instead of getting stuck on "Building Player", in some versions, the building process doesn't start and errors are thrown
