Profiler's tooltip for GPU data's overhead is not displayed when hovering over the warning triangle
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with the default 3D template
2. Open the Profiler (Window->Analysis->Profiler)
3. Add a GPU Profiler/Profiler Module
4. Hower over the yellow warning triangle
Expected result: A tooltip is shown for the GPU Profiler's data overhead
Actual result: There is no tooltip for the yellow warning triangle
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a25, 2020.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.0a10

When I see unity I always remember that amazing game AOT tribute. I hope they will make a comeback of it with better graphics.
