[Profile Analyzer] Graph Scale tooltip is unclear when it is set to 16.7, 33.3, 66.7 ms
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the Profile Analyzer package from the Package Manager
3. Open the Profile Analyzer window (Window -> Analysis -> Profile Analyzer)
4. In the Profile Analyzer window load the data (capture.pdata)
5. Change the Graph Scale to 16.7ms
6. Hover on the Graph Scale drop-down list to see the tooltip
Expected result: the tooltip is clear and unmistakable (something like "One 60Hz frame" or "1 x 60Hz frame")
Actual result: the tooltip is unclear and can be mistaken for "160Hz frame"
Reproducible with: 0.4.0 - preview.5 (2018.4.20f1), 0.4.0 - preview.6 (2019.3.7f1), 0.5.0 - preview.1 (2020.1.0b4), 0.6.0 - preview.1 (2020.2.0a5)
Could not test with package versions: 0.4.0 - preview.3 (unable to load data)
Notes:
same issue with 66.7ms or 33.3ms Graph Scale
