Pressing Pose > Reset and then Apply in the avatar configuration, you can no longer press Configure Avatar
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "animationavatar.zip"
2. Open "k.unity" scene
3. Select Assets > Ethan > EthanAvatar and press Configure Avatar
4. Rename a bone and press Pose > Reset then press Apply
5. Observe as the renamed bone is missing from the avatar Mapping
6. Drag the renamed bone from hierarchy to the avatar mapping corresponding empty spot
7. Press apply and observe the warning in the editor
8. Press done and observe that you can not select Configure Avatar if avatar is selected
Expected result: you can select Configure Avatar
Actual result: you can no longer Configure Avatar while avatar is selected
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f3 5.6.1p2 2017.1.0b8 2017.2.0a1
Notes: if you select the Ethan object from Project tab, in the Inspector Rig tab you see the error that was in the console and can select Configure. After pressing Configure, observe as the renamed bone is back to the original name
