Sprite Editor Outline Tool Overlay is not displayed when no Sprite is selected
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Universal 2D project
2. Window > 2D > Sprite Editor
3. Observe the Sprite Editor window
Actual result: Outline Tool overlay is not displayed when no Sprite is selected
Expected result: Outline Tool overlay is displayed when no Sprite is selected so that “Regenerate outline even if the Sprite/s already have one.” option could be enabled
Reproducible with: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2023.3.0a2 (No “Regenerate outline even if the Sprite/s already have one.” option)
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Tahoe 26.3 (M4)
