Plug-In Providers can’t be enabled in the XR Plug-In Management settings when toggling them
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “poolcorpar.zip” project
2. Go to Menu > Edit > Project Settings > XR Plug-In Management
3. Enable any of the Plug-in Providers
4. Observe the result
Expected result: Plug-in provider is enabled/installed
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 4.3.3 (2022.3.20f1)
Not reproducible with: 4.4.1 (2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.11f1, 2023.3.0b8)
Could not test with: 2021.3.35f1 (Errors after project downgrade)
Fixed in: 4.4.0 (2022.3.20f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 14.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: not reproducible with a new project 3D, and URP
