Particle System 'Texture Sheet Animation' does not react to changes when changing textures in HDRP
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “particlesheet.zip” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene” Scene
3. Select “Particle System” GameObject from the Hierarchy
4. Press Play and observe the Particle System
Expected result: Emitted particles are circles
Actual result: Emitted particles are squares
Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.48f1, 6000.0.21f1
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (User reported), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
