onUnpairedDeviceUsed doesn't trigger when using Steam Remote play
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Build and publish game to Steam
3. Attempt to join the game with non-host device by pressing Enter / Start
Expected result: onUnpairedDeviceUsed is triggered
Actual result: onUnpairedDeviceUsed is not triggered
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2019.4.3f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.7f1, 2020.2.0b5 (couldn't publish game on steam)

Resolution Note:
Additional feature work needs to be implemented for this to be supported on the part of both Valve and Unity. The legacy system, however, is compatible with Steam Remote Play.
