One of the tabs working improperly
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached to edit ("823829 repro.zip")
2. Notice that the profiler doesn't fit into the space that it has on screen, and also that when something is clicked, the actual click happens a bit above the mouse cursor (gif: https://gyazo.com/0630ddcf238eebc74c4974a2a5b0810a)
Replacing the profiler with another tab has the same (incorrect) results. Note that resetting the layout to default does not fix the problem.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b3, 5.4.0p2, 5.4.0f2, 5.3.6p5, 5.2.4f1
As far as I know, this issue only occurs on this project, and it stops occurring if the window of the editor is resized.
