Objects with URP Shader Graph materials are pink when built on WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "webgl_urp_bug.zip" project
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the cubes in the Game view
5. Go to File -> Build Settings
6. Make sure platform is set to WebGL
7. Press Build And Run
8. Observe the application in the browser
Expected result: The left cube is red, while the right cube is green
Actual result: The left cube with URP Shader Graph material is pink
Reproducible with: 9.0.0-preview.14 (2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 7.4.1 (2019.4.1f1), 8.1.0 (2020.1.0b13)
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1 (Shader Graph is not supported)
Notes:
- The issue is not reproducible in the Editor and on Windows build
- The issue is not reproducible with WebGL 1.0
