Null value is returned when calling MonoScript.FromScriptableObject()
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/Landing
3. Find the "Buttons" object in the Hierarchy window under Canvas -> Content
4. Click on the "Buttons" GameObject
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: no errors regarding null values for ScriptableObjects logged
Actual result: errors regarding null values for ScriptableObjects logged
Reproducible with: 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1 (user project files are corrupted after downgrading)
