No minimum size on Search window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Open Search window by pressing magnifying glass icon
3. Resize the window to make it as small as possible
Actual results: Window becomes so small that only few of the buttons are visible
Expected results: Window becomes smaller but all of the window functionalities are visible
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.3 (Intel)

Resolution Note:
We have decided to not have a min size. A lot of users do not like this. It is up to the users to size the Search window in a way that make sense for them.
