No ETA in the progress bar when baking with APV
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Download and open the attached project ([^Bug-BrokenETA.zip])
# Open OutdoorsScene
# Open Lighting window (Window > Rendering)
# Click on Generate Lighting
*Expected result:*
* ETA is shown in the progress bar in the bottom right corner while baking

* No ETA is shown in the progress bar; only Global Illumination string is displayed
*Notes:*
* Reproduces only when baking with APVs; doesn't reproduce with legacy light probes or when baking regular lightmaps
* Reproduces on macOS and Windows
* Reproduces with CPU and GPULM
* Issue observed in: 2022.2.2f1

Resolution Note:
This is going to be fixed by the APV team as part of moving to the new C# baking API and the progress reporting will be handled on their side as part of that transition.
