[Dots.Transport] Writing to internalProcessBuffer makes data pollution and editor crashes
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and scene
2) Turn off Burst compilation
3) Play it
4) (For older versions) Stop it
Result: It crashes due to polluted data from the initially small datastream
Reproduced in 2019.2.0f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2020.1.0a8 (in the last version, it crashes immediately on play)
Reproduced in Windows 10
Not reproduced in Linux
