NavMesh.SamplePosition() produces a NavMeshHit with normals always equal to Vector3.zero
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode
Expected results: normals logged in console are real numbers
Actual results: normals are reported as (0,0,0)
Reproduced on 2017.4.0f1, 2017.4.19f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a2

Resolution Note:
SamplePosition() does not calculate the normal at the resulting point and thus it will always return for it the value of (0,0,0).
This information will be added to the method's documentation.
